Used 8gpm 3k worth it? I met this guy on Craigslist and he’s selling this whole trailer set up, but Im debating to snag his 8gpm machine. It looks extremely clean and it has about 20 hours on the meter if I remember. He’s willing to let it go for 3k which is a amazing deal. Wish a had more pics in person to post. I’m not sure if I can feed it from just a 65 gallon water tank. Should I jump on this? Would love to hear some feed back.
Well, I paid $3500 for a Gx630/5.5 four years ago so $3k for an 8/3500 sounds good to me.
I’m cynical but would be concerned this is stolen.

It looks like he wants 3k for the 16’ tandem and 4700 for the machine. It shows hes partimg it out in the pic or 10k for all. If he is willing to let it go for 3k go fetch, thats not a bad deal. I just paid somewhere around 4500 for mine and had to wait a month to receive it

I paid $3500 for mine (gx690/8gpm) in January but that was a scratch and dent deal (it had some stained spots) $3k would be a good deal - 20 hrs is first oil change.
I was also concerned about that. He doesn’t seem the type. He’s just in way too much in equipment just to do this as a “side hussle”.
Even 4500 is a great deal. I’ve only found them online for almost 6k.
