Does anyone know if/why templates are no longer free for paying members? That was one of my main reasons for becoming a paying member a few years ago. Now I gotta pay $25 for a downloadable template that use to be free? The templates I downloaded a while back are no longer in my downloadables anymore either.
The templates are still free for members. 99% of the time the error is one of the below:
- You aren’t logged in.
- You’re not going far enough into check out. The downloads will show a price in your cart but will be discounted to $0 in the last part of check out.

I’ll check it out again. I was logged in and went to check out and it still said $25 yesterday. I’ll try again though. Thanks!
Ok, so I finally found them by using a link (Window Cleaning Business Downloads - Templates, Systems, and more – WindowCleaner.com) I found in an old thread, but if you go to the menu tab, business downloads are not linked under Business Resources anymore. At least not that I can find, and yes, I’m logged in.
