Walk away pays in spades
If we land this apartment complex job next week I am just going to buy a towable lift. The complex wants a 3 year contract where I get paid year round but only do so much work per year. If I have the lift purchased I won’t have to worry about that fun stuff. FYI you can rent them for next to nothing! Only problem is if doing a res job making sure the ground if firm enough to drive on grass. And obviously ask the homeowner for permission at time of estimate!

I would still love to buy a drone outfit to wash roofs. Would make the job super fun!
