Surfactant with sodium percarbonate

This may be a silly question. I always use a surfactant with SH but never tried when using sodium percarbonate. Are you supposed to add surfactant to sodium percarbonate mix to apply with 12v pump? I’ve used without surfactant and it works but maybe not as well? I saw @Racer mention in another post about mixing with Elemonator but not sure if that was for a specific purpose. I will be washing wood with it and would like to add my wood wash surfactant to make it work better…

Surfactant helps with cling time. That’s one of the main reasons we use it in house washing and roof cleaning. It also helps with breaking the surface tension of water. As far as using it on wood you don’t really need to if you’re just doing deck boards but doesn’t hurt to throw some in for vertical surfaces like railings and fences. The longer it sits on the surface the better it’s going to clean.
