I ordered a new swivel cartridge kit for my 20’ BE whirlaway, and it appears to be too big to sit down into my swivel casing. Is this user error on my end, or is this really the wrong size? On the spray well site, which is where I ordered this from, it says this works for all 20’ whirlaway models.
