I’ve got a belt driven 4gpm machine and am using a 20” GP Hammerhead surface cleaner. It does pretty good, but I’ve been considering getting a 16-18” sc to hopefully be able to move around a little quicker. Would changing out the spray arm to a smaller size allow my machine to operate more efficiently just like using a smaller sc?
It would be really hard to judge where you are cleaning and not have overlaps
I think could gauge that decently enough after a little practice, but other than that, would the 20” sc at the same way a 16” sc works with the same spray arm?
Don’t know. Surface cleaners and parts are cheap. Buy some stuff and tinker

or buy & test a 16" and sell off the unneeded one…
