I ended up keeping my old Weber gas grill and got this a few months ago. I love it. 30" model. Figure some extra money for accessories and it does take a little more maintenance. Basically a 30 by 24" cast iron skillet. But you can cook just about anything on it.

Stir fry on a Blackstone is so good and so much fun to cook. But, yes, breakfast is a close second for me.

Awww man, you gotta be more “Pacific”. Haha. You mention oil 3 times on the list at a glance but never tell us how many quarts, or even the weight. 10w 30? 5w 30? Pennzoil? Synthetic? All jokes aside, I can tell you love to cook or I wouldn’t ask.
Just regular cooking oil.
I dont like that virgin oil crap.
I’ll cosign that one…have one in the shop for weekly breakfast cooking (minus all the bells & whistles). Works great for all the stuff I cook on it regularly, and even the occasional last-minute Friday hamburger/hot dog cooking. I think I may have to do a stir-fry one Friday, just to try that out

Use those when i make beef jerky
Blackstone gave us one of everything in their inventory in return for demo videos. We even got the tool box full of utensils. Blackstone is good stuff for sure
