What are you cooking? I watched it 3 times & couldn’t figure it out.

Wagyu, poor man’s wagyu (ribeye) :rofl:

The cut wasnt that good, 2 were just with bbq coarse salt.

The other i tried, a new seasoning. 1 whole onion, garlic bulb, blend.
Place on a bowl, pepper, salt, oregano, half orange.
let the ribeye sit there for 1 hour.

sounds good, but doest go with ribeye, maybe with mex style skirt steak.
