how long do you leave those drumsticks hang there. I am grilling and baking food more now that i am old. Not a grill pro.
I use a thermoworks thermapen to check drumsticks when I cook them - it is somewhat “expensive” but very quick to take temperature and worth the cost to me.
I cook mine on a pellet smoker, and usually till about 185-190F, and they are still very juicy.
