Yes @squidskc has posted some good info on cleaning awnings that has helped a lot of us. A quick search will teach you all you need to know and some.

Like he says in the video, test for colorfastness underneath first.
Are you washing the brick and plaster too?
On the inside of the awning there should be a tag listing what material it’s made out of.
Might not be on this one though as it’s at a home, but check anyways. Sometimes the companies name is listed too and you can check their website out, may list cleaning instructions.
