Subscription based clients

I’m thinking about approaching local businesses and seeing if they would be interested in a subscription based service similar to a landscape maintenance/lawn care business. I’d drive by twice a month and take care of any exterior washing they need done to remove stains and gum. Anyone have any success or words of advice? I’ve already got one client at a big mall that wants it done every 6 weeks.

That’s typically how it’s done, it’s a recurring service. Weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. But some people with limited budget/interest in curb appeal, may hire for a one time job
