I landed a contact to clean four local gas station/food stores. They are all stucco. I did one this week and wanted to share the process.
Equipment: 12V w/smart blend manifold, 5/3 cold water belt drive (has issues with my 8, but I got it up and running the day after)
Solution: ~2-3% (12.5%) with supplier surfactant called “super bubble”
Process: 12V solution and let dwell for 5-10mins, some spots I had to reapply. After dwell, rinse and move to the next section.
I did the front entrance, pump pad, and separate car wash building in about 5hrs by myself. It was a lot, but I got it done and they are happy clients. I’ll be doing another one next week.
