Stubborn garage door stain

I had this job on aluminum building, 10k square feet. Client was very pleased. These 2 spots wouldnt come clean. One is bird poo, the other looks like grim runoff. Both were hit with 1.4% mix and a dose of gutter butter. I have F9 and EBC what would a professional recommend, mix wise, to take care of these. Im headed out there this evening after work to complete the job 100%

Thanks in advance

Post this on the F9 Restoration Page and tag Craig Harrison. There won’t be a better recommendation then from the guy who makes it.

That is likely garage door lubricant from the operator. Being a commercial door, it probably has a chain drive system and the chain has to be lubricated regularly. People often over lubricate and it flings off when the door is run. Degreaser will get it off but you run a pretty high risk of removing the finish along with it.

My guess is they didn’t have any garage door lube and they just sprayed WD-40 on it to quiet it down.
