Would standard housewash mix get this?
Looks to be ordinary smooth concrete, nothing weird.
2-3%, surface clean, post treat 2%, collect check.

Looks like tile…don’t want to surface clean that.
2% and should come off easy with a good rinse

Pretty sure it’s concrete tiles, but not ceramic. I’ll try both methods, thanks.

I’ve never cleaned tile but I’ve seen the indoor surface cleaners with a vac line. Kinda the same isn’t it?
That looks like sandstone.
Scars very easily, and will chip off the top layer if not careful.
Tread easily on this one.

Definitely not sandstone, it’s all uniform in color…grey.
It’s ok though, she declined to get it done, says they “do our own powerwashing”. 
99% sure its sandstone.
You can easily tell by the way the mold forms on it.
Its a very porous natural stone.
If they want to wash it themselves…perfect.
