I have a guaranteed streak free window surfactant that is stable in 12.5% SH for 4 weeks. (it is not recommended to add any surfactant to 12.5% SH) but this is how stable my no touch product is. The beauty of this product is that the client does not to remove screens if they have them. It can be used in a proportioner, xjet, or downstream.
According to the 3 top window, pressure and Soft wash chemical companies, it’s the only touchless window cleaning surfactant in production.

Any chemical powerful enough to remove all common contaminants from glass without agitation, most certainly will not be safe to use on many siding surfaces.
The other issues that cause spotting, I can see being worked around with some type of hydrophilic rinse aid. Right, @Henry_Grover_Jr ?
