Stain on stone and garage door from patio grout

Hello - first timer, here. I’m trying to solve / clean up a chemical dripping stain on this stone wall, the wood siding, and the garage door. Patio above and garage door were installed 2 years ago.

Worth noting the gutters were installed just a few months ago but do not appear to remedy the ongoing issue, as water seeps behind them from (through?) patio above.

Customer aiming to clean rather than rip out / start over for obvious cost reasons. Thank you all!

This isn’t your problem to solve. Tell the customer you can clean it, but it will be back if the source of the problem isn’t attended to (if you take this on as your responsibility it can quickly turn into a can of worms). I’d have the homeowner reach out to the contractor that installed the patio and see what they say, hopefully their work was backed by a warranty. Depending on what happens, next reach out to the gutter installer (assuming that work was done to fix this issue?). I wouldn’t touch it until the issue is fixed or explicitly telling the customer that it will most likely return after cleaning and I wouldn’t be held responsible if it did.

Looks like Calcite buildup from the mortar is leaching down and a little rust from the posts. Those posts should have been flashed. Not going to be easy to clean. Maybe start with F9 ellfo and the regular F9. May not be strong enough. May need to use NMD80 on the rock and glass to remove. Do small test spots with spray bottle with any of the above if you decide to proceed.

The gutters may actually be helping, most of that has been there for awhile. But take to heart what @Anton_C_K said. Once you touch it, can become your problem easily. My price to clean, they could probably start over cheaper. This isn’t some $300 job. A lot easier money to be made.
