Hey, it’d look cool though that wooden one catching fire first time that heater belches some flame. Especially on a nite job, lol.

I didn’t even think of that. Lol. I just knew it probably wouldn’t make it to said job before causing a pile up on the highway.

Good start on trailer though. A lot of veterans would be envious of that equipment. good luck.

I think you have it backwards.

I thought I noticed that in another post…don’t plumb supply to get the most water flow…growing pains. Thanks for the correction.

It happens. I just wanted to point it out in case it would effect your setup. Water coming from the spigot will be slowed down more from fittings like elbows more than your high pressure hose. Once water makes it to your washer the high pressure pump will force it through any fittings.

For my supply reel I ended up going with one that has a 3/4" inlet and 1" outlet and went ahead and plumbed it. I’m only running a 5.5 gpm machine though and most houses in my area get about 8 gpm from the spigot.

I run a 5.5 machine too and figured to just leave it plumbed since the buffer is 275. I have the Hudson super low at about 75 gallons. Once I get up to a 8gpm that is will take a lot of water and run a big SC I’ll probably switch it out.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to look at 3/4 in and 1” out reels for future planning.

Don’t plumb supply line. Pressure reel needs to ne plumbed incase you need to pull 20ft or 250ft

I saw this in one of your videos. So the reels are just there to hold the hose… and maybe this is a dumb question… but does that mean you pull out the entire supply hose at every job to fill the buffer tank?? Again, I may be over/under thinking it, but I don’t understand how it works.

I break off the hose where needed. There are multiple sections of garden hose on each reel

Gotcha, any specific benefit to doing it this way as opposed to just plumbing it in?

I apologize in advanced if you’ve already answered the questions previously, I just can’t seem to find it.

More water flow
