I just wanted to share my experience with Sprayer Depot. I originally order a Titan hose reel from an established vendor. Well, after two weeks I called and my order was still not shipped. So I found Sprayer Depot and decided to give them a shot. I ended canceling the Titan reel and ordering a couple of Hannay reels. They shipped on the day of order and I received them 3 days later & had the best pricing I believe everything happens for a reason and from what I have been reading the Hannay looks to be a better reel in the end. So, it all worked out with the exception of dragging hoses around for a couple of weeks.

I bought the same reels as Juan, But I did get the H5M version one of the reels, The H5M at the end of the model represents 5,000 PSI. The standard rating is 3,000 PSI.
Did that come with the super swivel already on the real?
I bought my reels from here too, best prices on the net with shipping and taxes taken into consideration. I can’t remember who recommended them likely patriotspowerwash or marinegrunt. There is a grumpy guy on here that says you probably don’t need the extra psi reels. My reel has had spike of about 4k on it, no issues so far (crossing fingers).
I don’t care for their paint. I’m not a PW Jedi so I don’t use my stuff as much, but the paint is already taking a beating. Of course my rig is open air and sits outside, so to each his own.

I agree. That’s the one downfall about them. Mine had a few rust spots coming out of the box. Still great reels though. I think I’ll try Titan next time though.
I love Sprayer Depot. I’ve been using them for years and even before pressure washing. Free shipping over $100 and fast responses if you ever have a question. Shipping is fast too.
You can upgrade to the super swivel for an extra $50 and it comes installed on the reel. You could actually just order the super swivel separate, swap it out on your own, and you then have the stock swivel as backup just in case anything ever happens to the super swivel. A super swivel costs about $50 so you basically get a free stock swivel if you go that route.
Skip it. I have the stainless one, the lock is garbage. Bends very easily.
Mine at $260 from Sprayer Depot came with the super swivel. I actually had to return the super swivel I had ordered from them because I didn’t know it was already included.

The original swivel that comes on the reel is rated at 3000 psi. You can upgrade to a 5000 psi swivel but you either have to let them know or order one separate. They even have swivels rated at higher than 5000 psi if need be.
Is the lock on the Titan the only negative? I can maybe live with that or even fab up my own. Seems like @Racer is a huge fan of the Titan. I just hate Hannay’s crappy paint job. Otherwise it’s a great reel.
Well, so far everything is working ok with it, just the lock is giving me fits.
I run a 5.5 @ 3kpsi and a 4/4 no problem without the upgrade. A bit of rust on my oldest one but thats about it.
