I’ve heard several of you reference a spray cart setup for applying clear sealers, deck stain etc. but I’m having a hard time coming up with any pictures of these setups (already searched the forum but no luck). Would anyone care to show theirs? I have a nice aluminum dolly to build it on but I’m curious what type of battery and 12v pump you guys are using. Has anyone mounted a small hose reel?

I just built this. Very basic but it works great. Maneuvers around easily and uses a Milwaukke M12 battery

Nothing beats experience, but Trident has all sorts of online training, and they do in person trainings pretty widely on the eastern seaboard. So far their products seem pretty good as well. I think they also sell them at a lot of SW (
) stores…
I’ll have to get with Russ next time I stop by, I think they sell sealing stuff. These affluent customers here love that glossy, nasty brown ice rink stuff.
I could probably just start with the water base that soaks in.
Water based concrete sealer, one restore, cleansol.
Do you guys like Deco 20? Seems like a dummy proof sealer and thinking about adding sealing to my services this year
I havent used it. Theres a place in town that carries a handful of different water based sealers. I went and got a few samples of each and tried them out and chose one. I was using one I had to get delivered but that was a nuisance. Try and find something you can pick up locally to you.
Delivered is a nuisance, and pickup isn’t? I find the opposite to be true personally, lol
I don’t have the time to be running around to stores buying stuff, nor the interest in paying a guy to do it.
How many gpm is the pump ?
I agree in that aspect. But if I fall short on a job i prefer to have it locally available so I can go run and grab some more. But I agree delivery is usually preferred. Hence the multiple Amazon packages on my door daily

That’s just a crappy little 1 gpm I had laying around. You can use any 12volt pump you want
