The 4 owners network to make the programs more compatible with each other.
Detergent.
If the instructions call for a max of 8oz per gallon and you decide you want even more power, so you add 12oz, the potency maxes out at 8, thus we would be wasting chemical.
R202- designed especially for auto oil and inorganics
Clearly Clean Extreme or any Sodium Hydroxide for animal fats or organic. I had been using the 2 in reverse. Wow, what a difference this week lol.
Clearly Clean xtreme and Green Beast are the same except the latter has green color to help with sight while working on stainless steel hoods.
Window Cleaning.
I put my hands on almost every wfp there.

Gardiner 47 w/ kevlar
Facelift Phantom highmod
Xero ultimate highmod
Northern Lite eLite highmod
Others worth considering:
Unger nLite
Tucker Eco Mini
Wasn’t impressed with Ionics, there are better economy poles out there.
Wfp come in 5 or 6 ft sections. The 6ft were cumbersome to expand/collapse and I’m 6’1".
Unger boars hair is just a ring of bristles. Tucker is a full block of bristles.
New CRM out there called WorkWave.
Finprint is the bomb for shirts. They do not silk screen. They use sublimation.
That’s all for now but it’s amazing how much info can be consumed in just a 5 or 10 minute conversation face to face.
Great info. Who makes r202. I’m about to order a bunch of different chems to try and find out what really works the best on fallout/ inorganic staining. Specifically on painted wood. I did a painted wood white house today and there was serious fall out and wierd black staining EVERYWHERE. Ive been using ebc but I’m starting to think that theres got to be something better. I don’t want to scrub anymore siding. I’m looking into dragon juice based on @Racer recent post about his town home complex he did. R202 sounds promising. Anyome else know of anything that might be good?
Cool. I’ll try it out. Do you have any experience with it? Specifically on siding. I’m curious how it does with exhaust fumes and dirty hand prints.
I’ve had really good success recently using OneRestore on fallout. But that was on vinyl. I would be very careful and test in an inconspicuous area for painted wood.
None. I literally sprayed it on the siding, waited about 3 minutes, and then rinsed it off. I would have used a metering tip to weaken the mix a bit, had I known just how powerful it would be. The OneRestore label says to apply straight, which may be necessary for some surfaces, but for this, would’ve been way overkill.
Rinsing was the most time consuming part. OneRestore suds a lot more than elemonator. But the whole front side of the house (quite small) was treated and free of fallout in about 10-15 minutes, total. That includes the time it took to find my xjet and ball valve and hook them up to the gun
I can’t promise that all fallout will come off so easily. But this house was about 20’ from a main road, and hadn’t been washed professionally in a long time, if ever.
To give you an idea of what I mean by “small” (from google street view):
Uber took a pretty stable taxi service industry and turned it upside down. The speaker asked for a show of hands how many had taken an Uber that week. About a dozen or so hands.
Then asked how many had taken a taxi. One hand.
Uber took the annoying things about finding a taxi and simplified the process. Much of those annoying things were “work” for the prospective customer - finding/hailing, paying.
The speaker related his own experience of calling a Landscaper to plant grass in his front lawn. He didnt want to do it himself and it needed it badly.
The contractor did not show up after the estimate and did not call. The speaker then had to track him down and all it was was that he needed to finish up another job. But no phone call etc to communicate, thus creating “work” for the customer, who just wanted grass.
Uber now is more expensive than taxi service but it all started by making the ride acquisition process a better experience for people.
Lessons:
Are there ways we can eliminate work for our customers?
Interesting point about where things are heading with Ciri, Google Assistant and Alexa. Posed the question, “Are we looking ahead for the next “Uber” in our industries?” and thus staying in pace with our customers.
Within the realm of business, it was one of the more interesting discourses to me. Of course, I always feel like most of this stuff is over-hyped and many successful PW and WC businesses operate w/out ever attending a convention or logging into any online platform. For those looking to get to the next level, it’s good for them. Personally, I am looking to get to the next level. Just down.
