So,..Messed..Up Bad Today

I did the client’s grandmother’s house yesterday,so I stopped and checked it out.No brown at all,I think I dodged a bullet.Honesty does pay,he gave me a $50 tip for following up,great guy and I was extremely lucky.

Sounds like you care about your clients. People can sense that and it’ll go a long way. It’s not as common as one would hope. It will usually take 2-4 days to notice the browning from my experience. I’d say you’re good either way. Cool customer and worse case scenario you brown a few leaves and it grows back. Worse worse scenario you replace some plants and make things right, which should not happen after a good rinsing. You still get the respect for doing what’s right.

I will follow up again in a couple of days,this neighborhood is literally 2 miles away from me,so been trying to get in there.Median home price of $300,000 ,so when I thought I messed up the first job I had there I was beating myself up pretty bad.Had to slow down and realize that mistakes are made no matter how much experience you gain.I may walk back to the truck twice now to make sure the soap is off,lol.Need to get me one of those remotes.Agent Halt from the PWS,and do you think it’s worth the money for the piece of mind?
