Anyone else in the northeast starting to slow down about right now? Anyone feel like sharing what they like to do and focus on when it slows down? Other services, promotions etc. ?

August is normal to slow down…I usually drop my prices by 20% so a higher conversion.
Also when I do bids for some condos in June/July I will push there schedule dates to August to help fill in the schedule.
April through July we are usually at 6 days a week…August I go to Monday through Thursday and give myself and employees a few long weekends.

@SchertzServicesLLC I was planning on moving south so i can wash all year round. My best friend lives in @Racer 's town, and I wanted to move there but that’s scary cuz I imagine he has the market locked down there. I might not be able to compete. Lol. I got friends in Charlotte as well but then I’d have to compete with ikii and IBS lol.
