Sizing up a surface cleaner

With a 4 gpm 4K psi machine how large of a floater surface cleaner can I use effectively? What size if it has wheels?

Thanks!

Ran

A 16" Whisper Wash is ideal.

Just understand you’ll need to get nozzles that drop the psi to 2500-ish, don’t attempt to blast concrete with 4000psi.

I wouldn’t try to use a surface cleaner with 4gpm

It can be done. But if you have 1 minute read time you might oughtta keep them dollars in your pocket in the meantime.

You could make that 1 minute back a thousand times over buying at least a 5.5 if you’re going to do flatwork…

I washed houses for 25 years from 1993 to 2008. At that time I had a 5.6 GPM and a BE surface cleaner that as you guys mentioned was a true money maker. I sold the business to a buddy who still has it so the surface cleaner I need now will do my house and maybe I’ll let a buddy or two borrow it. I did business with Bob back then and I’m glad to see him still around. He was my best supplier of parts and advice. I appreciate the good advice that you have given and your time for answering.

Take care,

Rando
