Simple Green ratio?

We have a new gas utility company contract, and they will only allow Simple Green and water. No exceptions; I tried.

The substrate is not greasy, no oil, but a fair amount of dust, pollen and fly spots; a very small amount of mold. Mostly metal siding, some piping and machinery. We have a 9gpm hot water machine, and a 5gpm hot water machine.

We’ve never used Simple green, so what dilution ratio would I be looking at to downstream it? Apply straight? Dwell time?

Thanks in advance.

We used Simple Green for everything in the Marine Corps. Heck, I can still smell it.

You can search for 'Simple Green Mixing Ratio" and it tells you what ratio to mix it at depending on what strength you want. For heavy cleaning you can go 1:1. If you have a 10:1 injector and, went straight Simple Green, that would put you at the medium to heavy cleaning strength.

They changed their formula several years ago. However, they did the best marketing job ever since the only “green” thing about it is the color. Anything that has Glycol Ether EB in it can never be eco friendly “green”.
