Signs for marketing

What sizes are you guys typically going with? How much are you paying per sign for artwork on front and back?

I ordered 100 12x18s from uzmarketing for 123 shipped to me or 122 and 18x24s 199… both sides same design 1 color.

Stakes included?

18”x24” - full color front and back with stakes. I started with just two signs then a year later ordered two more with slight modifications to the image. ~$19 per a sign, but I order so few at a time. I get mine done locally by the same people who designed my business cards and did the vinyl on the truck.

Yeah i might take the plunge on full color next time !!

Here’s a quote I just got back from the same local company that did my truck lettering.

Step stakes pricing for a qty of 1-49 are $1.50 each or are $1.00 for any qty of 50 or more. Pricing below does not include step stakes.

18” x 24” single sided corrugated plastic panels
Qty 1-4 $25.00 each
Qty 5-9 $15.00 each
Qty 10-19 $12.00 each
Qty 20-29 $10.00 each
Qty 30-49 $8.00 each
Qty 50-99 $6.75 each
Qty 100 $5.50 each

18” x 24” double sided corrugated plastic panels
Qty 1-4 $30.00 each
Qty 5-9 $20.00 each
Qty 10-19 $17.00 each
Qty 20-29 $15.00 each
Qty 30-49 $10.00 each
Qty 50-99 $7.25 each
Qty 100 $6.00 each

If you are looking for a larger qty than 100 please let me know what you are thinking, and I can get a custom quote for you.

Our most common larger size corrugated plastic panel to be used with 2 step stakes is a 24” x 36”

Single sided 24”x36” corrugated plastic panels
Qty of 1 $30.00 each
Qty of 2-3 $28.00 each
Qty of 4 or more $25.00 each

Double sided 24”x36” corrugated plastic panels
Qty of 1 $38.00 each
Qty of 2-3 $35.00 each
Qty of 4 or more $29.00 each

And these are all 4 mil corrugated plastic.

Hell I might do the 18x24 to leave in yards when I do work and then use 24x36 for heavy traffic corners. What do y’all think?

Being just part time I didn’t want to order 100 signs. I’m not a fan of seeing fans at every street corner or traffic light - kinda tacky looking if you ask me. But I do ask my customers if it’d be okay for me to leave a sign in their yard for a week or so and they usually say yes. I let them know that if they get tired of seeing it to just call the number on the bottom of the sign and I’ll come get it!

I like the 18x24 full color as I feel that the customer can tell that I care about my work/presentation- but I could be totally biased.

I’ve never had the smaller $0.99 bulk order signs not have I plastered an area with them so I can’t speak to whether that works in some markets or not.

I’m thinking I’m just going to start off with a handful of 18 x 24 signs and see how they do. If customers are good with it, I’ll put them in the yard after I finish with the job and see about a couple busy corners.

I typically park a sign in the lawn as I’m getting ready to start. I don’t have huge graphics on the truck so the sign is another point of exposure while I’m onsite. I’ve had several instances where I’ve seen people stop in the road and take photos of the sign while I’m still on-site. Then as I’m doing the final walk around/payment collection I ask about leaving the sign there.

Be sure that if you’re sticking the signs at corners and such that there isn’t an ordinance against them or that they are blocking the view of oncoming traffic.
