what kind of material is that
I think it’s poly board. It looks kinda like plexiglass. The mildew on the surface come off easy. It’s deep in side it. Not on the surface.
Could be. Where you see cracks in the sign it’s clean.
Cleaned With what a screw driver ?

Im not sure thats a pressure washing job. I would almost think some sort of wax or glass stove top cleaner would be more help than a pw
