I’ve been doing some rough ones lately. I got a contract with a company in town that offers deals on low income housing. They have a ton of cash, and their crews have tried cleaning their houses and roofs but not had much luck. They ran me ragged last week with borderline impossible pace, but I was able to hammer out work and made 5 figures. Only problem is they want me to do another 46ish units which while lucrative, is absolutely zapping me. It’s just me out there, no helper.
The state of these roofs/buildings is dirty as heck. I’ve been taking video for cya insurance stuff, but tbh I don’t have time to dink around with before/afters. I’m doing attached homes/units roofs and house washes with 3 plus ladder movements each and having to do 3 of those a day to keep up. Woof.
I am pushing super hard to buy a beachside condo for family in Thailand this year. Just gotta keep the carrot at the end of the stick and not die on one of these roofs during the process

yes exactly! It is kind of mind blowing. I got one for Monday that will be in and out. The gas roof pumps just put out the volume and if I can walk it with fan spray on the waterboss then it just gets coated in a matter of minutes. No comparison to the 12v output. I’ll pre-rinse property then treat probably in 30 minutes total time do property rinsing for 15 minutes just to be safe and be onto the next job before 9am. I have one on Tuesday that is going to be quite a bit more complicated. More like this before/after I posted up in this thread. Technical shots from ladder with dormers and weird peaks and valleys. I’m fine with it though, you just charge accordingly and go slow and methodical and get it done well and stay safe. I’m glad I leaned into this side of the business and sounds like you’re the same! @Jordie

Actually on this one I probably lost money but she’s a repeat customer and a really cool old lady on a budget.
