Just wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to the people who run this forum and WCR. I’ve purchased all my window cleaning equipment from them, DI tank, water-fed pole, etc. Recently I had some issues with DI tank/resin - not necessary to go into detail, however Alex, Jordie, and John went above and beyond to help me sort it out. If you’re thinking about adding window cleaning to your services, do yourself a favor and reach out to these guys - they will help you every step of the way and support you if you ever run into any trouble. Just to give you an idea of how outstanding their support is, John called me back earlier today at about 7:30pm (CT) and spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me, chatting about what could possibly be my issue - it was certainly way past office hours and I definitely didn’t expect a call back until the next day.
They have also added a lot of pressure washing equipment to their store - if you’re a newbie that’s recently came in and need guidance (like many of the post I see everyday), I highly recommend buying from them and utilizing the amazing costumer support they offer.
