OK I uave a huge hiuse coming up this week to wash… 7400 sq ft interior. The hiuse has the dreaded Sherwin Williams blue paint that oxidizes to neon green yellow if washed with chlorine sh… Does any one know of something I can downstream to remove the mold from the soffets that won’t make the paint react. I tested jomax but it changed figured 30 seconds gone would do thee same as it has the same active ingredients… Help!
The easiest way, and the most lucrative, is to not wash the house.

If you already tested a spot and had an issue, then you have your answer. Walk away. It’s not worth having to repaint. As far as I know there is nothing that will touch the mold and mildew from the soffits that wont discolor that paint. If fact you may want to run instead of walk…

I know it’s hard to pass up a big payday. Let it be someone else’s problem. (Hopefully they will call a painter/pressure washer). Then he won’t have to pay labor for repainting it.

Keep the walls wet and use a pump sprayer to hit the soffit. Minimize overspray and Keep hosing down Walls.
