Wouldn’t use their stuff if I had no other option personally, lol
What does it matter if you buy tarps, plastic, spray tips, frog tape, or wooster deck brushes from them or someone else? Lower prices increase profit margins for me. I don’t buy their purdy brushes, since SW bought them out they have declined. Their multipack hotdog roller covers are decent for deck rails and spindles. I love the fact that they actually list the weight of their tarps, 8, 10, 12, get tired of people calling them heavy duty and open the package and they feel like 8 oz.
For me I don’t like what they do in terms of the paint pigments that react with SH and discolor, but still have manufacturer’s recommendations that say softwash, and don’t care what the impacts are to clients and businesses. To me that’s lousy business, bordering on shady, and I wouldn’t support it unless I absolutely had to.
Our concrete sealer supplier is working with them to supply sealer locally, I got approved as a dealer so I could just by it direct and not work with them. I probably pay the same after shipping, etc., and I have to forklift unload the pallet everytime I get any, but that works for me, lol.

I respect that. Same reason I won’t buy from vendors that support PWNA/Uamcc. Why support someone that hurts the industry?

I’m a happy camper today, yesterday I got the wide frogtape for about 7 a roll, went up from last year. Most places want about 9+. I got some more 4x15 and 9x12 tarps and 12 wide painters plastic, and the roller covers I like for the hotdog rollers. On a side note if you order online you get another 5% off making it 40%. I have lots of taping in my future.
Just an FYI, I will be testing SW Superdeck paint that I applied last year with SH this spring. Testing in an inconspicuous area of course.
