Have you tried Allen Chemical out of Rutland Vt?
I’m paying $170/drum + $75 flat delivery charge. There’s a $50 drum deposit but they take away the empties and credit you back.
They do require a commercial address for delivery. I have a friend who is gracious enough to let me use a corner of his shop and we installed a combination keybox so that the driver can let himself in.
