I’m currently buying 12.5% SH by the case from a local pool supply company at $3.00 a gallon. I have called at least 10 different commercial suppliers and chemical companies with no luck.
Anyone in Central Ohio area know of a bulk supplier that will either deliver to residential or let me fill up to the limit of 110 gallons at their location. Opening hundreds of gallons of SH is like going to the dentist. It’s necessary, but not pleasant.
They are based out of Dayton.

I get it from their Fort Wayne location.
50 gallon drum. $2.76/ gallon + drum deposit+ this fee+that fee= about $200 per drum
I get about 2 drums a month in the warmer months and I have a good relationship with the sales/warehouse guys. It’s a good company and they have come through for me more than once.
When you are there make sure to get multiple persons contact info.
They also carry surfactants and Sodium Hydroxide if needed.
