I, want to take a minute to tell you guys about our new pre-event event. As you know, we put on The HUGE Convention every summer.
But this year before the event we are having another event called the Service Software Summit.
People always have a lot of questions about the “popular industry softwares” so we figured we would get them all in one place. You have all seen “TED Talks” this mini event will be in that style.

I need to up my software game
chick-fil-a uses Jolt, which seems to work for them.
I wonder though if giving my employees digital checklists is needed…
I know I need it though.
I currently use TCF, but not to it’s full potential.
