Seriously, what insurance covers soft washing?

I think they also call it “Errors and Omissions” this is not part of general liability.

Right, also call it " Professional Liability" or “poor workmanship” coverage. This would cover me if I burn their plants, or anything I personally F up.

The coverage limit is low however, For liability I have 1 Million. And for Errors and Omissions 50K was the highest option.

My VPD (CCC) was only 5k per occurrence. What are some of you guys running ?

Also it’s voluntary property damage not involuntary. And here’s what it says

Thank you for your excellent explanation!m

Correct, I said involuntary, my bad.

Ah, so it’s not really CCC but VPD. Interesting, no wonder she never heard if it.

Circling back… have literally spoke to 25 insurance companies. People won’t write policies in South Florida, or won’t do commercial, or won’t allow me off the ground, and if they know about roof cleaning the premium shoots through the roof.

I did get a quote from “Nautilus” for $1,275 1M/2M Aggregate with $500 deductible that the agent says won’t give me restrictions such as roof, heights, etc but when I look them up they have horrendous reviews…

Are there any South Florida guys on here? If so, what insurance do you guys have?

Man that’s tough. I feel for you Fla guys, seems like a much harder market to go legit in. Probably why there’s so many $99 guys.

Personally, I feel like that could be your biggest differentiator though. With premiums going up so far, there’s a lot of shady companies that won’t be covered. You, on the other hand, can walk right up to those million-dollar villas and explain how your company will protect their investment.

@Bigbendwashpros uses this guy and pays $438 including roof walking. He is in Florida.
