I guess what I’m asking is if I bought the house as it is and left the roof as it is, would anyone give me insurance with what’s on the roof?
Doubtful, but some may be too lazy to actually ask or look…but if they did, no chance.

Around here, if a roof is that old and covered in junk they just replace it.
