It’s Getting There…

looking good!

You can plumb your rigs fuel lines into the fuel tank on your truck (if the truck is gasoline) to get more floor space because you won’t need to carry 5gal gas cans.

Man that looks great. Going to suck to get that truck dirty:D

Oh No It Won’t…much

We do our best to keep our trucks & trailers looking as good as the service we provide.

We are Professional Exterior Cleaning Specialist…hard to get that message across riding around with dirty looking vehicles & equipment.

We wash our trucks & equipment 1-2 times a week whether it needs it or not.

Just a pet peeve of mine.

OK so after a year and change we’re about to finish the “USS Wash-Ship”…Get-R-Kleen

Here’s a few tips if you’re gonna build a box truck…#1…Don’t Over Think It, but do it right the first time…#2… Make sure you’re comfortable with the money you’re about to spend to build one & the time it takes to build it…#3…Stainless & Aluminum won’t rust, use them at all cost…#4…Make sure you waterproof the bed, we went with Rhino Lining but there are other options…#5…When in doubt, call someone more knowledgeable and ask their opinion or help.

We set up the downstreamer with a 3-way ball valve set up (Thanks William). I’ve been meaning to do this for some while and look forward to our injectors lasting much longer now that they will flush with the turn of a handle.

Many thanks to Bob W, Jim C, Paul & Bill, Russ J, and my Buddy William…You Guys Rock!!!

Looks great Guy!! The way your going with this it would win “Best in show” at some of the events I’ve been to. Very professional and more importantly for the ones in the field “Very Practical” as well;)

Wow looks great Guy. Thanks for hooking me up with the place to get those 3 way ball valves. What a great idea the way you mounted it. Looks like I got some more work to do. Well done!!!

Thanks John, I totally agree…practical & efficient is the way to go.

The “Branding” part don’t hurt either…Lol!

No problem Brian & Thanks!

Just call if you’ve got any questions.

looks great Guy!! Where will you be putting your supply hoses and reels to fill your tank?

Thanks Jim & thanks for your ideas and help with this truck.

You sure you hunt?..Lol!

Just got to connect them to the tank & float valves. Probably adding a 2" hydrant fill later though.

LOL, I thought the blue hoses were high pressure hoses, I couldn’t see the ends. Where did you find blue garden hoses, are they gatorhyde?

Mean Green hoses…same company I believe. But I do have blue HP hoses for the reels.

best looking rig I have seen!! what else are you putting in their??? hooks on the walls or shelving?

Bring that thang to Nashville! Awesome job!

great video! You have plenty of room for two shelves on each side to store your surface cleaners, extra hoses, tool boxes, a reel and pump for your roof rig and other goodies
