Wooden fence, charge linear feet and for both sides? And what orifice size does my m5ds need to be on 5.5 3500??
You can choose any of the three orifices for the M5DS. They are all appropriate but will give you different pressure at the tip. The 3-7 gpm has a 35 orifice. I measured it myself and called to verify.the next larger is a 40 orifice.
You could even go to the smallest one for more pressure. How you are going to use it will help determine which one to choose. The 3-7 âmayâ still pick up chemical but if you add too many lengths of hose you wonât be able to use it Downstreaming. If you are using it for rinsing, you will be fine using any of them.
How does your 40 orifice distance nozzle work for you? Do you have a 35 orifice or 30 orifice nozzle already? Those nozzles will help you figure out where you need to be orifice-wise. We offer them for $59. You can choose USPS shipping for that item and add only $7.20 to ship.
Do you still have the metal mounting plate for the blue top water filter? I can not find it anywhere on the website. Thank you @PWProducts
I am waiting on them to arrive. We have the brake to make them and sheets of 1/4â aluminum but little time. They are really high quality and better than the piece of cheap mounting plastic that it comes with.
You can message me in about a week and they should be ready.
Thank you for inquiring.
I wanna use m5ds with 5.5 for upstream second story. Hose will be 200 ft
Did u get machine?
No, I am a planner. Planning ahead. May seem silly to some, but hey it works for me.
The biggest orifice would be best to always be able to âdownstreamâ chemical. Itâs the 7020 part number. The 3-7 will more than likely work but maybe not always and depending on what gun, wand and how many fittings you add to the high pressure outlet scenario of hose, reel, etc.
The Venturi principal allows you to pick up chemical provided by you achieve the parameters of pressure loss to downstream.
Upstreaming means that chemical is picked up before the pump either from the tank or using a special type of injector. Upstreaming can destroy a pump manifold depending on the corrosive or aggressive nature of the chemical used. Iâm certain you probably mean âdownstreamâ.
I built a list on your website⌠I need to speak with you soon, few questions of course.
@Codysmith5345 Sounds good. You can call me at the office at 800-519-9279.
