Sealing threads on proportioner valve assembly?

I recently started putting together a 12v system with a proportioner, but I cannot get the thing to stop sucking air through the threads. I used Oatey medium orange thread sealant, but it’s not working, and on top of that most of the fittings feel like they just won’t stay tight. They are loose, and turn easily, no matter how much I tighten them down.

I use blue monster on mine and have no air leaks, you can get some at home depot.

I use regular old pipe thread tape and never had a problem. Just wrap the crap out if it.

Check that you haven’t cracked them while tightening, doesn’t take much.
