If by porn you mean offensive, then why yes, that is an offensive amount of sealer. You can have every sealing job from here to Timbuktu as far as I’m concerned. LOL!

Like 10k in sealer alone

Just 1 job. Not the stadium either. HOA

$16k and that was 24% off due to volume purchase. Prosoco Solvent Blok Guard is normally $225 per fiver.

Distributor freaked out when I gave him a gansta roll to pay. I thought it was hilarious

I’m interested to know…

Do you send them the bill for the Sealer? Or do you add it to the bill? Maybe even make a bit on it for your trouble?

I once bid a job, Clean and Seal also an HOA, it came to about 5k in sealer alone… I wanted a deposit and they said no! They pay out once job is completed and approved, I just skipped away! Lol

Deceptive title.

Disappointing, too.

Unless you have a serious work history and unwavering trust, get the deposit. Cover your ■■■.

If they balk at the deposit, what do you think the reaction will be to the final billl?

Any reasonable customer will understand.

I’ve produced yearly coupon books for a nationwide outlet mall chain for over a decade. To this day they still prepay for paper. A deposit, if you will.

Not because I don’t trust them. I do. Completely. But if some freak occurrence should strike their company, no way I wanna be on the hook for $500K+ in web stock.

This is the second job I have done for them. The first job was much smaller as it was only 6 containers of sealer and I paid out of pocket for that and billed them. On this job however, I did require a deposit which was no problem for them.

I am also doing a residence and he paid a deposit.

Next week I am putting in 350 ft of wood privacy fence - he paid a deposit.

What I consider bigger project jobs all require deposits. Right now, I have over $25K in deposits for jobs. No way I would want to fund all that out of pocket.
