Hey guys,
A local school reached out to me to do some concrete cleaning. On top of this they wanted some gum and gum staining removed. Have any of you guys out there done something like this before? If so how did you do it, and how long did it take you?

Say I didn’t have access to hot water pressure washer or something like this, what would be second option. Or is hot water a MUST.
Then just call a contractor with hot water to do it and pay him if you want to keep the customer. If you don’t want the customer, just tell them to call someone else.

See if you can rent a hot water trailer locally. We have a place here that charges $250/day.
You need heat, the more the better, so that you don’t etch concrete by using too much pressure. Not all the stain will come up until after multiple cleanings, it will eventually fade.
