I am the first listing on google in my city. It has come with a price.
For 3-5 months now I am constantly returning phone calls only to hear the “burner phone” tone.
I recieved a call over my vacation by an active Air Force needing a quote to wash a hangar on base.
Now that # is no longer valid
Same day around same time 3 charges pending on my acct all $11.00

This morning number from my city.
Return call $5 taken out.
It’s bad enough the day in day out stuff we as owners ,operators go through. I guess I’ll just lose customers screening calls no vm, no text, no online booking, no callback :man_shrugging:

I have had to screen calls via VM due to 10-15 calls a day from marketers, robo-calls, etc. I figure a legitimate customer will leave a message, if not then it wasn’t a customer in the first place.

That’s pretty much my mindset. Analytics I’m missing 3-4 calls a month if that. I can live with that.
