Scam alert!

Big…go huge

Take that as a compliment. He’s obviously fishing and doesn’t want you to really wash his house (obviously I know that you know that), but he sees you as a leader in the area enough to want to learn from you (or cheat).

Me, personally, I would Bid the house as if I didn’t know who he was - with confidence.

or you could make a bunch of bogus items on your waiver…

“On date of service there will be absolutely no cats or feline items within 50’ of the dwelling”

“Grass must be freshly cut or a $25 surcharge will be added”

“If any patio furniture is present on date of service, ensure all is facing due west”

Have fun with it…

No way that’s deceptive. Trying to pretend to be a client and waisting your time. I try to be super friendly with the local independent guy and if they wanted my price for something I would gladly awnser them honestly if they asked…but if someone tried being sneaky and I caught them look out!!!

Hey man, can we please write a fake bid to send over? We could ask that he Circle all areas of the home he wants cleaned in red marker. Stuff like that…

I wish I could get $425 out of a small 1 story!

Same guy left me a 1 star review on google. He’s mad because he went to buy his domain name and seen that someone already owned it. Typed it in the search bar and ended up at my site lol. I offered to give it back to him or maybe I’ll give google 20 days to see if they take it down

You purchased his domain name? Lol
