here is the link to the @Racer approved cleaning tool

Shows $129 for me when you click the link. I think the price depends on location. I have the 18v version. Works great to clean my boat at the slip since there is no water hook up out there. I also use if for small jobs around the house too. Nice little tool even if you don’t use if for business.
And this one comes with battery and charger!
That’s a deal!
Yeah, sorry, not everyone can get this - has to be available in your area. My closest Homie Depot only had 1 otherwise I would offer to pick one up for you. For $50 its a good deal.
For those who need to know, I had a small fence to do and used this for my sodium hydroxide and acid applications. It applied it a little more heavily than I wanted, but it did the job. That section of fence had a water based clear coat on it and I oil stained it later. I think I used one five gallon bucket (not completely filled) for a 6’ x16’ fence and posts both sides with a little left over.
That’s a heck of a deal.
Those are my go to for vinyl fencing and spraying round up on deer trails
this is the lower PSI version (320) The original link is for the 600 psi version
They have the tool only (that means no charger or battery) for $30 today.

Dang, for that price I might pick up another just to leave on my boat. Thanks for finding these
I’d like to get one but I need the charger and battery since I don’t have one already.
If you have another brand of tools with 18 or 20v batteries, you can buy adapters. I have several Ryobi tools but run them with my Dewalt batteries.
you can get the battery adapter like @Nickski said, or alternatively, find something else in their lineup you need/want. They do make a surface scrubber thing with a nylon brush that might come in handy on a job or two, but I have never used one and didn’t research it. It looked neat with the extension pole thing. I own their version of an oscillating tool, but I use the triangle sander part of it for decks and got it with the ez clean as a package deal a couple of years ago.
The only other thing is to wait for a ryobi days event at homie depot which they seem to have 2-3 times a year now. Otherwise, you can go online and get the scratch and dent ones at a reduced price. Sometimes they come in pristine condition…sometimes.
BTW - do you hit forked river? I was trying to remember your handle on here and couldn’t recall it. My brother got a new to him shore house and sold the one in OC.
I don’t. That’s a lot farther than I go.
Thanks. I’ll probably just rent a unit then, wanna blast his boat dock and then stain it. It is a lot warmer down there. We have had freezing overnight temps and you guys are in the 40’s overnight.
UPDATE
Homie Depoto near me had the lower PSI EZ clean, machine only, on clearance for $20. THis means no battery or charger and lower PSI. For spreading SH on a drive it’s a no brainer for me.
I hope they have them near you. The one near me had about 8 left in stock, I only bought one as I already had a backup. I’m not starting an EZ clean warehouse.
Oh yeah, they had those foamy squeegees on clearance sale too. I got 2 of those. I know they fall apart eventually, but my last one last through about 1/2 the summer. Good enough for the price.
What do you like the squeegee for?
I like it for areas on concrete where the water pools, and especially asphalt drives where they make the divots from where the cars sit. Some asphalt coatings react negatively to SH, so I make sure to get rid of it… I use it to pull water out of garages if it gets under the door, just a quick couple of pulls and the customers are happy. My main use is probably those commercial areas where water pools on the walkways, in the corners, or by the doors. Those handicap ADA ramps things for sidewalks with tiles. The are always the low point and water tends to pool there.
Thanks, convinced me. Ordered one and a adapter for my present batteries. Work good for money invested.
