One restore? Oxilic acid? Or just start with f9?
I love one restore but I would try the f9 barc, probably less applications with it.
This is a restoration job. Better charge pretty for it and explain it’s a restoration process not just a cleaning due to the “damage”. F9 barc and multiple applications, even scrubbing between applications would be my go to
