Rust removal

Got a pretty good size concrete rust removal job coming up. I’ve tried both f9 barc and rust remover plus and had much better results with rust remover plus. Any other good products out there?

I have not used either one of those products, but I have used One/Safe Restore and it worked very well. I used it on some painted siding and around a window.

F9 does need to be applied correctly and is a precision restoration chem. The Authorized Applicator program is pretty hard to beat too, since we get your rust removal page on the 1st page of google within a week and have given out over $200,000 in leads to our F9 Applicators. Since you didn’t post any pictures and I don’t know what process you used or on what surface… or if you created an amorphous paste layer in the process I can’t really give any more insight. I’ll be doing my own testing on the RR+ soon for my own reviews since I specialize in restoration. I really hope it works different!

Take a look at the 3 videos below to see how our product works on several different restoration jobs.

One Restore is a good product but be careful on rust restorations because it works by etching off the rust. If you work on concrete you can permanently etch the surface.

Craig,

Attached are some pictures of concrete curbing that is stained from irrigation and water runoff. Its at a private golf club and they want me to price what it will cost to remove. Do you think barc will work in this case?

You must be in woodside?

Brian, i live in woodside, but no, the photos are from Sage Valley golf club.

Hi Bob,

F9 will work great. Call me today sometime and I’ll go over process and pricing.

Thanks
Craig

My old college roomate’s parents live in Woodside. I would be in there every now and then a few years back.

F9 is awesome. There is no rust stain it cannot remove.

How do you apply it? And how many comcrete rust jobs have you done?

Only a couple, but I have yet to find a rust stain it could not handle. Follow all institutions for application on F9 website, and you can’t go wrong. Rust Removal, Ocala, FL | Josh Davis Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing

Bret, There are many ways. F9 is a restoration chem that you can use for cleaning and restoring much more than just rust. If you check out the vids under F9 University on our website that will be a good start. I’m here for all F9 Applicators too and will personally help walk you through any concrete restoration.

Forgot to mention that almost all of your jobs with the exception of fertilizer rust and battery acid you can cut F9 2:1 and get 12 gallons of F9 out of a single case.

Craig Harrison what are you recommending for the fertilizer rust and battery acid?

Bret,
Thank you so much for giving Rust Remover Plus a try. We have gotten a lot of good feedback on the product from contractors. We believe it will be another useful tool in removing rust stains. Because there are so many different things that can cause rust. It won’t remove 100% of all rust stains but it will cover a large portion of the possibilities. So glad to see it in your chemical toolbox.

Rust Remover Plus and F9 have a different blend of chemicals. I believe they are both good products but they will not work exactly the same. So you will find situation where one will out perform the other making it a more desirable option for those jobs.

Please keep us posted on your success Bret. Again thanks for giving in a try.
