Morning, you need to grab a 5-gallon aluminum brightener wash and downstream it from bottom to top, then top to bottom. Then Switch to 5 gallons of any car wash soap and do the same. Have someone with a long brush agitate with light scrubbing. Let dwell for 12-20 minutes and then cold-water rinse. You might need to do it several times, but it will work. and when you apply product, you must apply it to the whole wall. not just affected areas or you will have ghost marks.
