Rupture disc failed

Had a rupture disc fail this morning in the middle of a job. I did not have another one and I can’t finish the job until I get one. That is kind of frustrating…but, it is what it is. Looks like I might be going back to the lake earlier than I thought I would be. :grinning:!
It popped for no reason…tech said this is not unusual with age. I would have had one…but I did not even know there was one on the machine…ignorance of your equipment is no excuse.

I have to ask because I’m at a loss what does that go to?

That is on the input line of the hot water coil.

Darn Jim, was about to start a gofundme for ya!

Have used a coin or knockout from electrical box to get by before… not recommending anyone do that. Tho it will get you by when in a pinch

Thanks for the tip…I probably would have done that this morning. That is like we used to use the tinfoil off chewing gum and out of cigarette packs on blown fuses.
