Has anyone run into this? 12.5 fresh sh did nothing and one restore turned it red. Thanks in advance
If you applied a strong solution of SH, nothing happened good chance it is
not organic staining.You tried an acid, turned it red. A degreaser you could
try -see what happens. If any stain left on porous surface long enough, good
chance the only fix is to repaint that surface. Good Luck.

I have had to deal with quite a bit of that on stores that I have washed. The only thing that has worked for me is using a strong mix and a tad bit of pressure with 40 softwash nozzle. You just have to be real careful not to use to much pressure and damage it. When I see that I let my customers know ahead of time that there is a good chance that I am not going to be able to get it completely out but they usually turn out pretty well.
