40 degree with my 8.
I rinsed flatwork with my ball valve for a while and then when I got my JROD it had a tip that absolutely smokes the ball valve. Way faster to rinse and my feet stay dryer.
2520?
2510 I think? Hell, I donāt know. I just know it rinses concrete quick. Keep in mind I bought my JROD used so the tips could absolutely be worn larger than they state.
2510 if itās the 4gpm jrod and 2520 if itās the 8gpm. I either use my 40 8.5 or 4005 depending if I have to hit places my surface cleaner canāt.
Iām too tired and lazy to run out there and look lol the guy I bought mine from used it for his 8gpm machine so I just rolled with it. So far it has been excellent. The soap low and high tips are the perfect pressure and I drilled out the 0 degree to replace my shooter tip and it works like a charm. I will probably order a new one to start next season and Iāll compare them then just to see which one I like better.
I rinse flatwork with my m5ds. The pressure tips make too much noise and mess once the concrete is wet it is just as fast in my opinion
I dont think that sweet spot your talking about is hard to find at all with alittle common sense lol but ya i guess you just never know when it comes to hiring help. I dont think ibs does a ton of concrete like @Racer and @Kps0410 . There is a reason for the compromise. For a small 2 car drive i could see fan tip working but slower. When i rinse concrete im adjusting my ballvalve a good bit (edging, blowing water from trenches along the sides of concrete, blowing puddles into the lawn and dailing way back to rinse the side of the house that got over spray)
8 is the orifice size or gpm?
I couldnāt imagine doing large flatwork jobs without it unless I find some drastically different then what Iāve tried in the past.
Iāve tried that and it doesnāt compare to the ball valve.
GPM , off the top of my head itās usually an 8.5-10 depending on what Iām doing.
Sometimes i wish i had a fire hose to rinse with
Just finished an 80k flatwork job over the weekend. Why didnāt I think of that?!?
Thanks for the help!!! Customer loved it and was not difficult!
Good job. Looks much better
Looks great! That cleaned up really nice.
You mightāve done it but for pictures try and take the exact same before and the exact same after. You can then collage them together for marketing. Itās just nice seeing the dirty picture and the same clean picture.
