Rough Breakdown of Revenue?

Hey everyone! So I am finishing my business plan and have an idea of the total revenue I want to bring in and pricing in the area. I still need to decide what kind of percentage of my business the revenue is broken down as far as services. Services being House Washing, Concrete/patio/Driveways, and gutters/roofs.

I am thinking the majority of the revenue would come from house washing. I know the supply and demand of the industry is different everywhere but some of you guys who have been in business have a good idea of where the majority of the revenue comes from every year. I just need something round a bout close to the industry broken down from 100%

IE: House Wash 70% Concrete 20% Roof/Gutters 10%

I think this is probably something you can look at on a pie chart at the end of the year from your actual performance. What are you trying to accomplish by estimating the breakdown? I guess for me I’d say it’s like 40% House washing 20% window Cleaning 20% roof cleaning 18% flat work and 2% gutters (because gutters suck and I hate them).

Thanks! Yes all I need is a rough idea of how some of the market looks for
the guys who are doing it. My business plan requires some estimates up
front to be completed. I know I’ll have accurate information in a year but
this plan wants the info now. It’s kind of silly since that’s hard to know.

Do you have a costco membership? If so go with quickbooks. It’s worth it even if you don’t.

Xero is awesome too, but doesn’t integrate with hardly anything.

There are so many bookkeeping options available and they’re an absolute necessity. You can run reports based on tags like house wash vs concrete etc like you want to do.

As soon as possible get a CPA/bookkeeper. A good one is worth their weight in gold.
